On the day of the event, ESounds manages timing, transitions, and announcements as planned, coordinating with venues and other vendors as needed so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Once a date is booked, ESounds Entertainment declines other inquiries for that time. If an event needs to be postponed, ESounds will work with you to apply the deposit toward a new date when possible.
The deposit is 25% of the total agreed-upon price.
If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including events beyond anyone’s control, ESounds will make every reasonable effort to apply the deposit to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability.
If an event is cancelled, the deposit remains non-refundable and the date is released from the ESounds Entertainment calendar.
Arrival time is typically 1 hour and 15 minutes to 2 hours before the scheduled start time, depending on the event setup and venue requirements. In some situations, earlier arrival may be necessary and will be discussed in advance.
