School Dances: ESounds has worked with public and private schools in several parishes throughout Louisiana and understands budget limitations.  

ESounds has created an option with a professional sound and lighting package at a budget to help as many schools as possible. The school package will fill your gym, cafeteria, or event space with quality sound and impactful lighting to keep the party going. 

Administrators can feel safe knowing that all clean versions of songs will be played, and an interactive DJ will allow your students, teachers, and chaperones to have fun and dance the night away.

QUESTION: Do all jobs require a non-refundable deposit?

ANSWER: Absolutely. Every job requires a non-refundable deposit. Once a date and time are booked, Esounds will turn away any other job that could interfere with your event. If the event needs to be postponed for any reason, ESounds will work with you to book a new date; however, cancellation will result in a non-refundable deposit.

QUESTION: How much is the deposit?

ANSWER: 1/4 of the total agreed-upon price.

QUESTION: What is the ESounds cancellation policy?

ANSWER:  If an event is postponed due to pandemics or by “Acts of God,” the deposit will be kept and used for newly scheduled dates (up to 12 months). ESounds will do its best to work with the client regarding new dates. If an event is CANCELLED for ANY reason, including pandemics or by “Acts of God,” the deposit is non-refundable, and the job will be removed from the ESounds Entertainment calendar. 

QUESTION: When do you arrive to set up for an event?
ANSWER: Arrival time on-site is at least an hour and fifteen minutes to two hours before the contracted start time of the event, depending on the setup. 

Sometimes it is necessary to arrive earlier.  

* Additional overtime charges for early setup are uncommon; however, depending on the situation, they are possible. If applicable, this will be discussed when booking the job.
